Orders under $75 = $8.75 flat rate

Standard Shipping 3-7 business days on avg. 

Expedited Shipping 1-3 business days = $13.75

Please note, this option does not mean it leaves our warehouse faster.

We are not responsible for packages that go missing after they've been delivered. If you live in an area where package theft is a problem, we advise you to purchase SIGNATURE REQUIRED at checkout. 

Expedited Shipping comes with up to $100 in insurance in case of lost or stolen packages.

International Rates:

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on destination and weight.

We currently do not collect duties, or VAT (European Countries) at checkout. Customer is responsible for paying all duties (fees) required by their country.

Returns

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE:

Returns are valid up to 14 days after date of delivery, and 30 days from delivery for international orders. 

Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or smell like they've been worn, and all tags must still be attached. All items marked FINAL SALE are non returnable.

Any items sent back to us without filing an online return request will be denied and sent back to you. 

We offer FREE RETURNS on all DOMESTIC orders. We will send you a shipping label. Please re-package item carefully and drop of at any USPS location.

RETURNS must be sent back within 2 weeks of approval (U.S. Orders). Items received after the 2 week mark will be denied. If you don't have time to drop the package off at the post office, you can schedule a pick up here https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm.

International orders, please make sure your package has tracking. Unfortunately, we can not offer free returns at this time.

Refunds

HOW WE ISSUE REFUNDS:

INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK ORDERS, as well as items purchased with promotional codes, or marked down from the original price, are eligible for a store credit refund only. Return amount will be credited to a gift card and emailed to the address connected to your order. 

Items purchased from our website at full price without use of promotional codes, are eligible for a regular refund, but please note, a restocking fee of 5% will be deducted for all regular refunds. We will waive the restocking fee when store credit option is chosen instead. Refunds | Credit will be processed within 3-5 days from receipt of returned item.
