a. We offer FREE RETURNS on all full priced merchandise, but only if you choose to receive your refund as store credit. Items bought with promo codes or during flash sales are not eligible for FREE RETURNS.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
a. That depends; here is our breakdown for returning items on sale
- Items that are purchased with promo codes up to 15% off, are eligible for a full refund.
- Items that are purchased during a sale or with promo codes over 15% off, are eligible for store credit refund only.
- Items in our sale section, and items that state final sale in product description, are NOT eligible for returns.
