RETURNS (BREAKDOWN)

1. Full priced items with or without promo codes:

  • Full priced items are eligible for regular refund or store credit, no matter if purchased during a sale or with a promo code. We offer free returns if you choose to receive your refund in store credit, otherwise a prepaid label will be sent to you and deducted from your refund amount.

2. Items in our sale section/ Items with a slash through the price:

  • Items in our sale section or that have a slash through the price, are eligible for store credit refund only. Free return shipping comes with all store credit returns on all domestic orders. We do not offer free return shipping on international orders.

3. Final sale items:

  • If item states FINAL SALE in product description, item is non returnable.
  • In most cases final sale items are over 50% off, or marked final sale for sanitary purposes.

 

USING MULTIPLE PROMO CODES TOGETHER OR USING GIFT CARD AND PROMO CODE TOGETHER

To see if two promo codes can be used together, you must type the first one into the appropriate section on the checkout page, click enter, then enter the other code into the same area and click enter again. This also goes for using a gift card and a promo code together, you must first enter the gift card number, click enter, then enter the promo code in the same area and click enter.

 

COLLABORATIONS

We currently do not send out free products, but we do offer commission in our Tiktok shop for some items. If you've purchased an item from us and happen to take a photo/video in that item(s) or feel like filming an unboxing or try-on, please tag us in it. If we use it in our Instagram or Tiktok feed we will compensate you in gift cards. There is no guarantee we will re-share your video.

$100 gift card for tagged videos that we re-share in our feed.

$50 gift card for photos that we re-share in our feed.

 

CALIFORNIA TAXES

If you live in the state of California, you must pay taxes on your purchase (since our store is located here). Before the order is placed, you will see the estimated tax amount. Once the order is placed, the tax amount may update as the address is verified. In this case, some payment providers (Paypal is one of them) may cancel or void out the transaction, causing the order to be put on hold. You will need to re-authorize the corrected amount. This is a huge inconvenience for everyone, we are aware, and have been told there is no fix at this time so we are learning to cope for the moment. If your payment is declined or voided/canceled you will receive an email from us with an invoice or further instruction. WEBSITE PRICES VS. TIKTOK SHOP PRICES

You may notice that some products are a different price on Tiktok shop than they are on our website. This is due to a few things such as Tiktok discounting our products and offering coupons on their behalf, different return policies, and frequent flash sales and coupon stacking. We recommend checking both Tiktok and our website to see which has the better deal on a specific item. 

 

SIZE INCLUSIVITY

As a retailer, not a designer, we are only able to carry sizes that our vendors provide us. We are always on the look out for well made brands that sell both standard and plus size options. As our store grows, we hope to carry a variety of size inclusive styles.

 

WRONG ADDRESS ON ORDER

Accidentally entered the wrong address on your order? Contact us immediately by chat. Make sure to double check your billing and your shipping address before clicking submit. If you are paying via Shop Pay or Apple Pay, make sure you have an updated address on file with them, as a different address came sometimes interfere with your order. We recommend also checking the order confirmation that we email to you, and make sure there are no errors. We will not reimburse orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to the address being entered incorrectly. However, if the package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, we will notify you, and request the correct address for re-shipment. If we don't receive the corrected address within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
