U.S. SHIPPING RATES

 

Orders over $75 = FREE 

Standard shipping | 3-7 business days avg.

 

Orders under $75 = $8.75

Standard shipping | 3-7 business days avg.

 

Expedited Shipping $13.75 | 1-3 business days avg.

 

PLEASE NOTE: purchasing expedited shipping does not mean it leaves our warehouse faster. Although we typically ship orders out within 24 hours, order processing times can sometimes take longer. 

 

If package theft is a problem in your area, please read:

We will not reimburse for stolen packages if the mail carrier shows it's been delivered. All packages now come with up to $100 insurance in case anything goes missing, you can file a claim through the carrier. If your order is over $100, or you don't feel like the hassle of filing a claim, please purchase the signature required option at checkout. This option is only $3.25, and it will stop the package from being left unattended. We waive the responsibility of stolen packages by offering this option.

  

DOMESTIC RETURNS

You can make a return request by visiting our return portal. 

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date, and received back within 21 days of delivery date. Items received back later than our 21 day policy will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or smell like they've been worn, and all tags must still be attached. All items marked FINAL SALE are non returnable. Items in our sale section are eligible for STORE CREDIT REFUND ONLY. All other items including promo code items, are eligible for a refund in the original form of payment, as long as the item is NOT listed in our regular sale section or marked as final sale.

Any items sent back to us without filing an online return request will be denied.

We offer FREE RETURNS on all DOMESTIC orders when store credit refund is chosen. We will send you a shipping label. Please re-package item carefully and drop off at any USPS location.

If requesting a regular refund (not store credit), a pre-paid label will be sent to you, and an $8.75 shipping fee will be deducted from your return amount. You can waive this fee and get free return shipping when you choose your refund method as store credit.

We currently ship all our international orders via DHL. Shipment cost is calculated by weight, dimension, and destination. Duties and taxes may apply. We are temporarily offering 20-32% off on shipping to make it more affordable for you.

REFUNDS

All refunds/store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return. Store credit refunds will be sent via virtual gift cards, and sent to the email attached to your order.
