Items purchased at full price from now until December 24, 2023 are eligible for return until January 21, 2024. Items purchased on sale are available for store credit return until January 21, 2024. Final sale items are still not returnable.

If package theft is a problem in your area, please read:

We will not reimburse for stolen packages if the mail carrier shows it's been delivered. All packages now come with up to $100 insurance in case anything goes missing, you can file a claim through the carrier. However, if your order is over $100 or you don't feel like the hassle of filing a claim, please purchase the signature required option at checkout. It is only $3.25, and it will stop the package from being left unattended. 

  

DOMESTIC RETURNS

You can make a return request by visiting our return portal. If you're being asked if a discount code was used or not, make sure to select the right option, otherwise your return will be rejected.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date, and received back within 21 days of delivery date. 

Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or smell like they've been worn, and all tags must still be attached. All items marked FINAL SALE are non returnable. Items in our sale section, or purchased with a coupon of 20% off or more, are eligible for STORE CREDIT REFUND ONLY. All other items are eligible for refund in the original form of payment, but note a $3 processing fee will be deducted from refund, if you choose store credit, the fee will be waived.

Any items sent back to us without filing an online return request will be denied.

We offer FREE RETURNS on all DOMESTIC orders. We will send you a shipping label. Please re-package item carefully and drop of at any USPS location.

Returns that are not received back within our 21 day return policy window, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Fee may be deducted from your refund or credit amount. If you don't have time to drop the package off at the post office, we recommend you schedule a pick up here

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are currently in the process of making our shipping experience better for international customers. International shipping is unavailable until further notice.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently ship all our international orders via DHL. Shipment cost is calculated by weight, dimension, and destination. Duties and taxes may apply.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

REFUNDS

All refunds/store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return. Store credit refunds will be sent via virtual gift cards, and sent to the email attached to your order.
