Return Policy Breakdown 

*Full priced items- It does not matter whether a discount code was used, if there is no slash through the price, it is considered a full priced item and is eligible for a full refund or store credit. We offer free return shipping on store credit refunds.

*Sale items- These are items that have a slash through the price. Sale items are returnable for store credit only. We offer free return shipping on these items.

*Final Sale- Items that are marked FINAL SALE are non returnable. Usually these items are 50% off or over, or are final sale for sanitary purposes. If something doesn't fit, please reach out as we may be able to issue an exchange.

*Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving item. But you have 21 days to get it back to us, international orders have 30 days.

PLEASE NOTE: purchasing expedited shipping does not mean it leaves our warehouse faster. Although we typically ship orders out within 24 hours, order processing times can sometimes take longer. 

 

If package theft is a problem in your area, please read:

We will not reimburse for stolen packages if the mail carrier shows it's been delivered. All packages now come with up to $100 insurance in case anything goes missing, you can file a claim through the carrier. If your order is over $100, or you don't feel like the hassle of filing a claim, please purchase the signature required option at checkout. This option is only $3.25, and it will stop the package from being left unattended. We waive the responsibility of stolen packages by offering this option.

  

DOMESTIC RETURNS

You can make a return request by visiting our return portal. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date, and received back within 21 days of delivery date. Items received back later than our 21 day policy will be charged a 15% restocking fee and issued store credit. 

Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or smell like they've been worn, and all tags must still be attached. All items marked FINAL SALE are non returnable. Items in our sale section or that have a slash through the price, are eligible for STORE CREDIT REFUND ONLY. All other items, whether a promo code was used or not, are eligible for a refund in the original form of payment.

Any items sent back to us without filing an online return request will be denied.

We offer FREE RETURNS on all DOMESTIC orders when store credit refund is chosen. We will send you a shipping label. Please re-package item carefully and drop off at any USPS location. If requesting a non store credit refund, we will issue a pre-paid label, and an $8.75 shipping fee will be deducted from your return amount.

REFUNDS

All refunds/store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return. Store credit refunds will be sent via virtual gift cards, and sent to the email attached to your order.
